Mich will be returning to The Cookery School at The Kitchen at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa on Thursday 5th December for a one day festive masterclass.
With the aim of showing you how to turn Everyday Bakes into Showstopper Cakes we will make delicious chocolate cupcakes and chocolate layer cake, with homemade salted caramel and chocolate ganache buttercream.
The cupcakes and party layer cake will be dressed with homemade vanilla Christmas biscuits hand decorated with white royal icing and sugar candy canes. All cakes will be boxed for you to take home.
The day includes lunch with wine, all tools, ingredients and tuition.
