What a weekend at the Foodies Festival Brighton hosting the Cake & Bake Theatre. From live demonstrations and audience Q&As to broadcasting behind the scenes on TikTok Live, it was a brilliant few days celebrating baking, creativity and connection. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in the theatre, tuned in online, asked questions, shared stories and baked along from home. I loved showcasing some of my favourite seasonal recipes and meeting so many passionate bakers throughout the weekend.
