TOFFEE DATE, SALTED CARAMEL CAKE – layers of soft toffee date cake with salted caramel buttercream and molten salted caramel drip, decorated with stuffed dates.
12 portion as whole cake or slices or 8 portion as whole cake only
DATE, ROSE AND PISTACHIO SLICES – deliciously soft brownie style date slices made with medjool dates, fresh apple, lemon and ginger. Spiked with a lemon and rose syrup and topped with a pistachio and rose petal crust
RAMADAN NOUGAT – the most delicious, nuttiest nougat packed with pistachio and date, with orange blossom honey
LEMON, ROSE AND PISTACHIO CHIFFON CAKE – a deliciously lighter than air cake flavoured with lemon, pistachio and a delicate rose syrup. The cake is frosted with a soft caramelised Italian meringue and decorated with fresh strawberries, pistachios and rose petals.
